1. To get started, select a category by clicking on one of the illustrations on our Home Page.

2. You will then be given a thumbnail view of all items within that product category.

3. If you see an item you like, click on the thumbnail image for a larger picture and further details.

4. If you like the item, click on the Secure Online Order Form and add the item’s information to the order form.

5. If you want to continue shopping, click on the back button and you will return to the item page.

6. When you have finished shopping, go to the Secure Online Order Form and complete the form.

7. When complete click on the “submit” button.

8. Within a few minutes, you will receive a reply acknowledging you order.

Secure Online Ordering Information and Terms

How to order :
You may order by using our secure online order form, which uses the latest secure socket layers (SSL) technology and encrypts your order. You need not worry about your credit card security as we have invested in the same online secure technology the major banks are using to transfer million of funds daily. Since in most cases the items are one of a kind and are subject to prior sale, ordering by credit card is the easiest and fastest way to secure the item you desire. You may order by telephone (210.493.3344) if you would prefer to discuss the items offered. Or, you may fax (210.494.5281) us your order. Shipping and Insurance :
Actual shipping and insurance charges for all items shipped within the US or Canada. The only exception is on items that are oversize, unusual weight, or require special packing and then we will contact you prior to shipping. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after the funds have cleared the appropriate financial institution.

Payment Plans :
We are ready to assist you should payment terms be necessary.

Payment Methods :
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders. Your payment must accompany your order. All items ordered by telephone will be held until payment arrives. We do not accept COD orders. Texas residents are required to include 8.250% sales tax.

Terms & Guarantee :
Gallery of the Southwest will extend return privileges on what we sell. Every attempt has been made to accurately describe each item, noting defects, if any. All references made to dates, tribal affiliation, etc. are made to the best of our research and knowledge. If you are unhappy with what you receive, you may return it, return shipping pre-paid within 3 days of receipt, in the condition sent. We will refund the purchase price to the original purchaser only within 30 days of sale if the article is found not to be genuine. We offer a certificate of authenticity on each item sold, upon request.

Errors :
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information in this website is accurate. Gallery of the Southwest cannot be held liable for typographical errors.

Prior Sale:
Items offered are subject to prior sale and are one of a kind. Please accept our apology if an item you request has already been sold. Every effort to mark items “sold” or replace them promptly with other items. We will contact you promptly if the item you desire is no longer available and let you know of any other similar item in our possession.

Appraisals and Purchases :
We are interested in purchasing single items or collections. Our interests are Southwest Indian Art and covers a wide area of interest. Please let us now what you have. You may email or mail us a photograph, description, and price. We also perform appraisals for collections, insurance, and dispersal.
